PUPPY’S FIRST GROOM
A puppy’s first visit to the grooming salon plays an important
role in shaping how they’ll feel about grooming for the rest
of their life. At The Pampered Pooch, LLC, we make this
milestone experience gentle, positive, and fun!
Gentle introduction to salon equipment and sounds,

FAQ
HOW MUCH TIME DO I GET TO WASH MY DOG?
There is no strict time limit, but most pups can be fully washed, dried, and ready to go in about 30 minutes.
The fee is $20 per self-serve bath, which covers one dog and includes the use of our premium shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, blow dryers, and more.
If you need extra time, no problem — we encourage you to take the time your pup needs to feel comfortable and clean.
CAN I WASH MULTIPLE DOGS AT ONCE?
Multiple dogs can be washed at one time but it will still be deemed as multiple services and requires $20 per each dog washed.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING FOR SELF WASH?
Nope – just you and your dog!
The shampoo and conditioner mix with water directly from the hose, and there’s a commercial-grade blow dryer available. We also provide aprons, towels for drying, and after-wash products. The brush provided is generic, so if you prefer a specific type, like a de-shedding brush or comb, we recommend bringing it with you.
CAN I GROOM MY OWN DOG IN YOUR SELF WASH POD?
The self-wash pods are for bathing only. Scissors and clippers aren’t allowed due to the excess hair which cause clogs in the drains.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE GROOMING PACKAGES?
The Bath Package includes: Bath, blowout, brush out, finishing spray.
The Haircut Package includes: All of the above PLUS a full body haircut, ear cleaning, nail filing, paw pad & sanitary trim.
Additional Services can be added to the “Self Service Wash, “The Bath Package,” or “The Haircut Package” including nail grinding, anal gland expression ,and teeth brushing.

The pricing for the self-wash package is $20. You can add more service HERE.
Grooming prices are based on your dog’s weight and coat condition. You’ll get a price during the booking process, but it may change after your groomer inspects the coat at check-in. To start the booking process, click HERE.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Self Wash: Walk-ins are welcome.
Grooming: Available by appointment only, which you can easily book online or by calling the store.
Nail Clips: Nail clipping can be arranged by calling the store on the same day to find out the best time to come in. It can also be booked in advance or online.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
Self Wash: We provide hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner.
Grooming: Our groomers use a variety of hypoallergenic products based on what they think is best for your dog’s coat type. If you have specific needs, let your groomer know at check-in.
